Deed Restrictions

Compton Heights is protected by a variety of deed restrictions. Many St. Louis neighborhoods were destroyed during tough economic times, as their stately homes were converted into boarding houses, and suffered from disrepair. The restrictions enforced by Compton Heights allowed the neighborhood to survive intact.

Bylaws

Membership is open to all residents (and nonresident property owners) of Compton Heights. Any person not a resident may become a "Friend" of Compton Heights upon meeting conditions of eligibility established from time to time by the Corporation.
